PLACE OF DELIGHTS

This apartment, because of its special equipment and distribution remenbers a “place of delights”, called Barco in the local use of the language.

Located on the raised ground floor with private courtyard not far from the entrance, it offers a magnificent view on our olive groves and the swimming pool, only a few steps away.

It is composed as follows: large living room with equipped kitchenette including fridge, freezer and dishwasher, two romantic double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The large living room with excellent artistic decorations and the particular finishes of the furniture make it a romantic and enviable place where to spend a great stay.

The two separate bedrooms offer the necessary privacy and the proximity to the swimming pool allows you to live your holidays in serenity, even in case you have fogotten small things.

The kitchenette and fridge guarantee the possibility to consume all meals independently and according to the personal schedule and needs and enjoy all hours of the wonderful Tuscan countryside and the relax offered by our structure.

The attention to detail remains in all corners of the apartment “il Barco”, which, to be a place of delights for everyone, has been studied in detail, following the Tuscan tradition and attention to the raw materials, typical of these areas.

From the large windows you can enjoy a beautiful view over the property and the surrounding countryside. The finishes have the warm colors of the Tuscan sun.

It is equipped with heating for the cooler periods.

From “il Barco”, as well as in the other units of Podere Farinello Holiday Apartments in Tuscany, it is possible to reach the main places in the surroundings, such as Lucca and its magnificent Historic Center with its walkable walls of about 4.50 km, the Garfagnana or Pisa and the famous Versilia.
